The ULI - Round 2 Solicitation was released on NSPIRES on March 21, 2018. Step A Proposals were due May 16, 2018.
April 4, 2018 | Applicant's Workshop
NASA hosted an Applicant’s Workshop for ULI-2018 on April 4, 2018. The workshop provided an opportunity for interested parties to better understand ULI-2018 solicitation’s intent, scope, and selection criteria.

July 9 - 10, 2019 | ULI Lunch and Learn
On July 9-10, 2019 representatives of the three Round 2 ULI teams briefed congressional staff on their research topics, team approach, and expectations for their ULI experience. Team leads accompanied by their students visited congressional offices, including a briefing to House Science Committee staff.
